This role will help manage the activities of the Business Development team You'll join our small but nimble business development team with the opportunity to grow your skills and experience in a fast paced environment. You’ll be serving as a trusted member of our BizDev team, responsible for ensuring their ongoing success and relationship with potential clients.
Job Description
Participate in team and process development sessions – keeping positive relationships with teammates, BizDev team, and production teams.
Research and develop potential client leads within target sectors to support the Business Development team in ongoing activities.
Includes but not limited to organizing and managing the team’s tracking, sales outreach via email or other channels, contributing to our sales strategies, and supporting external communication.
Assist in managing overall sales pipeline with timely follow ups and meeting deliverables deadline.
Transfer leads to the appropriate team member in a timely and efficient manner. Follow-up and drive lead response with all sales team members.
Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement for future pitches.
Requirements
Exceptional communication, organization, time management, and computer skills
Excellent team player with positive energy and an eagerness to improve
Experience with prospecting or building new relationships a plus but not mandatory
Positive & self-starter attitude with desire to contribute to the success of the company
